Brazil

The most popular form is spaghetti and even though are a million ways to enjoy it, the most common dish is spaghetti al Pomodoro, which is a very simple dish made from sun ripped tomato’s, a small amount of garlic and basil leaves.

has a population of 130 million and four different time zones. The tropical climate makes Mexico one of the world top spots to travel, it rates sixth in the world. Mexican cuisine offers lots of flavors, with a large range of spices.

Elote – this is another word for corn on the cob, which is known as a very popular street food. The corn is boiled and then sprinkled with salt, chili powder, lime, butter, cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream.

Enchiladas – a flour or corn tortilla is rolled in a chili powder sauce, they are filled with chicken, beef or fish and then added are cheese, beans, potatoes, and rice. This dish is also a top dish also found in the street food markets of Mexico.

Mole – this dish has over 20 ingredients, the most common being chili peppers. The sauce must be stirred constantly over a long period of time, that is served over many types of meats. This dish is so popular they even have a mole festival every year.

Guacamole – this is a dip made from smashing ripe avocados and sea salt. Also used are tomato, garlic lime and lemon juice, chili or cayenne pepper. Basil or cilantro, jalapeno, and other seasonings.
